Release v0.5.0 — Live Activity Feed and an Honest Status Page

What's New in v0.5.0

This release is about trust and signal. Three updates that make DiffFlow easier to live with day to day: a status page you can believe, an activity feed that keeps itself current, and timestamps you can scan at a glance.

A Status Page You Can Trust

The System Status page now keeps its "Updated" time honest. Previously the timestamp froze the moment the page loaded, even though health data refreshed every 30 seconds — a stale time is easy to misread. Now it updates on every poll, so you always know exactly how fresh the data is.

We also stopped hardcoding "Operational" for the API row. It now reflects the live /health/status response, with the same color-coded dots and labels as Database, Redis, and Workers. If anything degrades, you'll see it immediately — not a scripted status badge.

A Live Activity Feed

The Activity feed now auto-refreshes every 30 seconds, so new change events appear the moment they're detected — no manual reload required. Open the page, leave it running, and watch alerts land in real time. Combined with the existing text search and change-type filters, it's a live window into every change DiffFlow has caught.

Timestamps You Can Scan

Activity feed entries now use relative timestamps — "2m ago", "3h ago" — with the exact time in a tooltip. The same scannability we shipped to the dashboard and monitor detail pages is now applied to the feed, so you can spot the newest event at a glance without parsing long date strings.
